Maintenance items designed to preserve the durability of leather.

These maintenance items are specifically designed for KOKOROISHI’s genuine leather, including dyed finishes, aniline finishes, and natural (unfinished) leather.

Applicable leathers：VONO・WL・SW・ヌメ（ジーンズ・バケッタ・KW・SS）

【Maintenance Oil (500 ml)】
This maintenance oil is formulated with the same ingredients used in the tanning process of KOKOROISHI’s oil leather. It may feel slightly sticky immediately after application, but after about a day, the leather regains a smooth, supple texture. By replenishing essential oils, it helps reduce wear and enhances the leather’s durability. For best results, we recommend regular maintenance once every 3 to 6 months. Please note: this product does not provide stain protection.
*After maintenance, ensure proper ventilation and allow the sofa to dry completely before use.

【Beeswax (100 ml)】
This maintenance wax is specially formulated for KOKOROISHI’s genuine leathers (VONO, WL, SW, and Nume), using a blend of domestically sourced beeswax and maintenance oil. The water-repellent properties of beeswax create a protective layer on the leather surface, slowing moisture absorption and helping to reduce the penetration of water-based stains. In addition, beeswax minimizes damage caused by friction and enhances the durability of the leather surface. For best results, we recommend applying this wax approximately once every six months. As a guideline, about one-third of the container is sufficient for a three-seater sofa.
*Please note that, as this product is made with natural beeswax, it may contain minor impurities.

1. Dry Wipe

Begin by removing surface dust using a dry towel.
2-1. Apply the Maintenance Oil (Preparation)

Pour a small amount of oil onto a dry towel.

As the oil has a viscous texture, spread it evenly across the towel before application.
2-2. Moisturize with Maintenance Oil

Gently apply the oil to the leather surface, as if stroking it.Spread a thin, even layer over the entire surface.
3. Drying

Allow the sofa to dry in a well-ventilated area for approximately 3 hours.If any oil spills around the bottle opening, use the back side of the included natural leather tag to wipe it off.
4. Apply Beeswax Wax

Take an appropriate amount of wax with the included sponge and spread it thinly over the leather surface.Apply evenly to avoid unevenness.
5.Allow to Rest for Half a Day

After application, let the sofa rest in a well-ventilated area for about half a day without use.The leather may appear darker immediately after application, but it will gradually return close to its original color.Finally, wipe off any excess wax from the surface with a soft cloth before use.
