1. Production
Sofa Making
Kokoroishi handles all steps of the production process, from making the wooden frames, to setting the sofa cover which will determine how the sofa looks. We make each sofa individually based on customer needs, and are in constant communication with the design team throughout the process.
Cover Replacements / Repairs
We also perform cover replacements / repairs on our customers' cherished sofas. This goes beyond just repairing and maintenance - we return the sofa in a better state than before so that they can enjoy them for an even longer time.
2. Retailing

実際にお客様にご要望を伺い、その声をもとにソファのデザイン開発を行うこともあります。
Retail Partnerships
Through partnerships with many retail shops, KOKOROISHI sofas can be found throughout the whole of Japan.
